Pros

Good for if you enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Constantly busy and things to do.

Cons

Denied the company standard 15min break every 2hrs due to short staffing in Booth/Bookkeeper/Customer Service department. Unreasonable work expectations and was constantly pressured by 2nd store manager to do the job that 2-3 people should be doing. Constantly short staffed, and store manager only allowed 1 booth worker to be on shift at one given time, which made it extremely difficult to finish all tasks by the daily deadlines. Was constantly messaged and asked to assist other booth workers on my days off despite only being employed part time.

Pros

It's unionized. So there's that at least

Cons

Management fosters a toxic work environment. Hours are very inconsistent and even people who have been with the store don't get a full 40 hours. They initially hired me as a cashier but then all of the sudden they cut my hours and then started making me work as a courtesy clerk too so that I can get somewhat decent hours. When I was hired as a cashier I didn't think I'd have to clean up human waste and I wouldn't have taken the job if I knew that's what I was getting into.

Pros

Health coverage is decent. Union is okay.

Cons

Hours are inconsistent (even to effecting that healthcare) Communication from upper management is kept to the bare minimum. Communication from middle management, equally minimal. Overwhelming stress is mandatory. Gross incompetence is rewarded. Accountability isn't required. Advancement is reserved for favorites only.
