      Floral manager for safeways

      Pros

      My co workers are a great team. As floral manager, I get to create my own designs and interact with customers everyday. Store director and assistant managers are highly skilled and as long as floral sales are up and plenty of a variety of arrangements are on display they never have to say much to me except what a great job I'm doing.

      Cons

      The job is only part time. There are seasons of 40 hr however, that will not last forever. Currently there are no training hours available to be trained in other store areas.
