Pros
The environment was nice. Managers are very approchable up to higher levels. Good benefits with 13 and 14 month, Provident Fund etc. Flexible time.
Cons
Yearly increase, because it depends on your team budget and of course your performance but so far so good. Some of the testing project are transffered to onshore counterpart.
