There are highly skilled people always willing to help and teach you, you can learn a lot. Management is good in Valladolid office, but poor communication with headquarter in Madrid. Nice working environment and friendly peers

Cons

Not career opportunities or progression. They lose the best people because of that.

Since taking over Zodiac Aerospace, Safran is bringing fresh air into the company culture, value system and finally holding some accountability on neglectful, contentious middle to upper management behaviour.

Cons

Middle management culture still taking time to change, still politically compromised by certain senior individuals holding back the technical and engineering staff for personal credit and gain.
