      Sagem Avionics trained me in every different avionic aspect to help me become more informed how the aviation lifestyle.

      Pros

      Working for Sagem had the best vacation time off and sick time policy that made it very easy to have personal time off after working very hard and dedicated to the company. Training and keeping us well informed in the aviation community also was a plus.

      Cons

      Promotions and migrating to another department is more difficult due to company staffing and specialization. Once a certain skilled level is achieved the company prefers to keep you in that department.
