      Great team. feeling of accomplishment. some people are helpful and good teachers

      Cons

      Nowhere to move up or grow unless someone moves or leaves the company. after moving departments. noticing managers are nowhere to be found have to be tracked down to get questions answers. they don't like much change make sure you are clear on what you want and what you're getting from first interview. know your worth you will have a great work life balance if you don't support any department.
