      In the name of "standardization" some elements lost. Still some X-theory management in top positions.

      Pros

      Good people to work with , good benefits, they attempt to do nice things around the holidays for the employees, family flexibility is usually valued.

      Cons

      Raises are poor, management makes sudden decisions then goes back on them, If bare minimum is an option for HR then that's what they're gonna do. Growth is through buddy system.
