Used to be a good work life balance with great coworkers.

Cons

Most worthwhile employees have left. Excess workload is spread amongst those that chose to stay. No appreciation of effort or accomplishments, just the expectation that you work 7 days a week, 10+ hours a day to get even more done. Non-competitive pay scale.

I cannot think of any at this time.

Cons

Lacking viable processes. Lack of proper training. Management makes all decisions, without consulting or having any regard for the end-user. Lots of promises for improvement, little follow through.
