Thank you so much taking the time to give your honest feedback to us. Unfortunately due to COVID, we have had to make some very tough decisions to combine and close some facilities. Our open door policy allows our employees to provide feedback – positive and constructive – and hope that our employees continue to share their specific circumstance while working at Safran Cabin. Our intent is to create a positive work environment for all employees. It is troubling that your opinion of the organization was that “room for growth” is limited to certain types of people.
