Today, our products are used on every major commercial airline, in nearly every country in the world. We take employee development very seriously, as our people are the very core of our success. We have a dedicated Talent Development Specialist at our site who can assist you with any of your training requests or concerns. Our goal is to provide each employee with at least 22 hours of training each year. Additionally, we offer a very comprehensive Tuition Assistance benefit, where you can apply up to $10,000 each year towards your professional degree.
