      Pros

      Whole responsibilities given to all beginners. You can learn everything in first 3 years. Appraisal are decent but the pay scale is below other competitors like UTC

      Though it was a great place to work way back in 2011-2013, the management had not shown interest in bringing in new projects. So slowly our work load came down and then the obvious threat to our job.
