Worst company to work for. Unfortunately started my career with this company.Full of incompetent people who feel insecure with others hard work. I have seen some of the worst people in life in this office.HR has no ethics. They have no professionalism in dealing with employee. Have seen people(both full time and contract) being exploited. Managers have no back bone to support people under them. SUGGESTION to people planning to join safran or people planning to start career with safran-> Work a little harder , struggle a bit more and join a better company. This will help you in future. Suggestion comes from an employee who started career with safran bangalore.
