Friendly staff, Half day Friday, Infrastructure, Makes you feel good to be part of a large organisation

Cons

Old school system with hundreds of paperwork and excel reporting - clunky ERP system No growth opportunities, personal or career and trainings are not a thing! Poor Management with wrong people at various positions and no values given to people People come and go with no employee retention attitude
