      Pros

      Cool products. Salaries and benefits are ok. Coworkers try to support each other because the corporate office doesn't really care about the global sites.

      Cons

      French owned company. Very very French. Promotions are limited if your not French. US companies are neglected and not important to the corporate office. Most corporate communications are sent in French with no translation.

      Pros

      Some projects which you handle are really good from the execution point of view but you will not be able to understand the concept behind it. Most of the projects are monotonous in nature so its good for those who dont want to put too much brain during job

      Cons

      1)No good compensation after end of the year 2)HR's cost cutting policy everywhere has forced good employees to leave the company. 3)Persons who dont know a single thing about management are sitting at top positions and controlling the engineers.
