      Pros

      The people are nice. Very good health, dental and glasses benefits. Company will add 60% to stock purchased after 5 year hold. Social club and small events held on regular basis.

      Cons

      High turn over. Unorganized. Scheduling is often unrealistic leading to high pressure for all. Finger pointing common by upper management. Poor communication between disciplines.

      Good work-life balance, interaction with managers is engaging and open. There is freedom to take decision and open feedback is shared.

      Cons

      Promotions are a little slow, hikes are very bad

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging projects. Work hours are flexible and benefits are acceptable. Middle management tries to do what's best for their group, not always well received up top.

      Cons

      Management is very reactive, sales lacks knowledge, and engineer or project management takes the brunt of the issues (which happens often).
