      Strong investment from Safran Group in future projects, strong senior leadership team with real focus on improvements and employee development. A great opportunity for engineers to be involved in the design and development of all electric next generation aircraft.

      Just coming through to the end of the transition from previous owners; Goodrich into a Safran company - some would see this as a Pro

      1) Very bad hikes since past 3 years 2) Less projects. Management doesn't know how to bring projects. 3) Managers are incompetent. 4) Closeness to managers is an advantage
