      Part of big parent company SAFRAN making internal advancement opportunities possible. Customer and quality focused. Continuous improvement philosophy. Diverse staff. Flexible schedule to some extent for some staff.

      Cons

      European owned Labinal buys U.S. companies and ships the manufacturing, technology, and jobs offshore as a function. Labinal imports foreign work visa holders for local work regardless of duration. Working environment, culture, and morale tends toward austere.
