      Pros

      You get some experience and you learn a lot of things. Also, they are roaring so there are many buildings of Group Safran.

      Cons

      It is very far from downtown, so it is better to buy a car to get there. Too many hours working there per day. I'd rather work 7 h intead of 10 h.

      You learn a lot, and since their is no Managment, Im referring to Chihuahua Plant 1, you can apply a lot ot lean manufacturing tecniques

      to much stress, and very bad managment

      -Great work/life balance -Yearly small raise -Overtime gets paid (if you get some)

      Cons

      There is not enough space to grow, changes to do so get even smaller if you are not willing to loose yourself and suck up your way up. They should add in their job description: Backstabbing and hypocrite is a must. I know all companies have this but when management does it and encourages it then becomes a big issue.
