      Good job except management is awful

      Pros

      Everybody on the floor is nice, it is air conditioned, you get more than a week off for Christmas, flexible-ish schedule(unless they can't live without you),

      Cons

      Management does more harm than good and it gets worse the higher you go up the ladder, plant is struggling to make a profit versus the cheap labor available in Mexico, if you care about what you do you will find they basically want you there 24/7, low support head count leads to a ton of work and extra hours, oh and the position is salary, pay is also low for similar jobs in the area but minus the hours and management issue I would say the job is worth working for.

      Pros

      Lots of useful skills to learn applicable to better work places.

      Cons

      Pay was awful when I worked there, layoffs were very common. Every department was always concerned they would be next on the chopping block. They also kept getting rid of fork lifts(they rented them) to save money, meaning 4 departments would be sharing 2 fork lifts or so.
