      Great team to work with.

      Cons

      Mid level management was not transparent. They kept info from upper managers of employee concerns and did not pass info from upper management to employees well.

      Pros

      A good group of talented people who are working to start up a smaller division of a larger company with little support financial or otherwise from it's parent.

      Cons

      Microturbo is trying to do the job of a larger company that has lots of resources on a shoe string budget.

      Pros

      You work with a interesting group of people, the long vacations around Christmas are always great, and it's a good place to start your career. Some locations have a very diverse workforce.

      Cons

      There aren't many chances that allow you to move up in the United States. Labinal Services and Safran Engineering Services have even less options when it comes to opportunity. Safran typically pays less than other companies in aerospace. There are jobs postings that are only open to foreign employees.
