      Young and small company that gives you the opportunity to learn and develop new skills and get involved in different activities.

      Cons

      Very difficult to get a promotion and/or find a significant increase in salary They used to recognize individual success in different ways but not anymore.

      Interesting projects, good traveling, working atmosphere is laid back most of the time

      Cons

      Pressure comes in burst, very poor organization of Management at all levels, Sometimes high level decisions are made without the knowledge of what goes on in the field, Pay raises are limited but careers opportunities are numerous

      Pros

      Good group of people, plenty of work for the future. Hire from within. Flexible with shifts. Company looks good on paper.

      Cons

      Production is pushed more then any other place I've worked. Production manager does not take the time to look at the quality of the product. Inspection method is constantly changing.
