      Pros

      The management treated me with fairness and respect. Plenty of training opportunities

      Cons

      Projects are typically long term in nature, therefore the management environment can change and create a bit of havoc for existing projects.

      Pros

      Insurance, decent vacation time. good job for someone not looking to stay very long.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great. Starting pay isn't too bad but after 15 years, should be better. Never heard of a place that doesn't offer a pay raise for quality inspectors. Dead end job. management does not build from within (unless you are their buddy). If you are too efficient at assembly, don't expect to do anything else. management's attitude towards employees brings down morale. Unfair performance incentives and recognition. Been losing money last ten years to increased insurance costs, and low or no cost of living increases.
