Thank you for more than 10 years of service at Safran. We apologize that your employment experience was less than satisfactory. We are hopeful that you shared your concerns during your exit interview or with your manager directly. Open communication about continuous improvement is always welcome. Again, thank you for your feedback and employment longevity.
Managers are very supportive of your goals, even if it doesn't benefit them specifically.
People are very supportive to bring you up to speed and help you learn processes/tools
Managers give you space to work how you want, but that doesn't describe all managers.
The pay is just OK.
There are some good health incentives (partially paid fitness costs; 300/year, offer ergonomic assessment of workstation)
Cons
There has been a lot of turnaround. A big corporate structure like this was slow to react to people leaving, even when employees gave a longer than usual notice.
Small teams strain people to do more work until more employees are hired.
