- Good Learning curve for freshers - Better Work Life Balance - Growing opportunities in position ladder is fast if perform well. - Good chance of onsite opportunities to Europe

Cons

- Salary is not attractive in a long run - Good hike can only be expected after putting down the paper. - So much internal politics for onsite run - Just follow without thinking attitude and work culture. - HR system is very unfriendly to employee.
