Pros
There are not as much but good for girls as they do not have that much work pressure. And also if you want to work on different different domain in a very short span time. Some time they told you to work on php if they do not have any project (and this generally happen) they will ask to move on different technology. Once you will start feel comfortable on new technology the will thorow to another one. One plus point is You will get your salary on time. Lunch is free of cost (but food quality is not good)
Cons
Worst company for fresher they have 2 years bond and they rotate their thechnologies very often as per their needs so there is no learning for fresher Very very normal projects they get (if they get any, generally people work on ineternal projects which do not go live) Full Politics (From another world they hired managers). Managers are not even capable of speak english. What they do just blame on juniors whenever project lost. Salary is below expectations No respects or ethics they have for employee, use less comapny From a long time company is in heavy loss. If you recently hire for a project and they lost that project they will immediately fire you (without even giving you a notification it happens to many people).
