Pros

The book keeping of this firm is really good and management is really good in terms of helping out and addressing employees concerns.

Cons

I am having good pay but employee appraisal system needs to be formed to give proper hikes as per the progress made by the employees, it might have to do with the current market as well.

Management folks are profession, very cooperative and always ready to help. Company fulfills all promises done, salary on time and as promised, clear and crisp documentation related to VISA issues.

Cons

Only few staff works in US and maximum percentage works from offshore (India) so getting hold of folks in the US is slightly difficult.
