No great clients except 2 or 3, for experienced people they cannot afford when there are no projects ..so please do not risk your career.. Join in big company and stay safe ...else you may get into some problems. Not a cmm level comp...

I can see few manager who is not having much knowledge but keeps throwing stones on employees. Not much cooperative to employees. Always want to take the credit from employees.

Do not go with fake reviews, HR ask employees to write reviews on glassdoor or they do it by themselves. I joined this company as a fresher (as a software engineer) due to bond I worked there for two years. On my last day director of company asked me to sit till 11 pm and threatened me to not give exp certificate. Some how I mange to convince him to provide it.

Cons

Spoiled my career, at the time of joining they told me I will get to work on development. they put me in KPO and due to bond I have to serve my 2 years in KPO.
