Cons

I can see few manager who is not having much knowledge but keeps throwing stones on employees. Not much cooperative to employees. Always want to take the credit from employees.

1) Very lively environment and passionate colleagues, feel like working in home. 2) Friendly and supporting managers to work with and good encouragement in difficulties. 3) Salary point of view as best in the market. 4) Encourages idea/innovations from employees and always respect them. 5) Good recreational(REC) events and fun while working. Over all a best place to work with. As am working from more than 2 years.

Cons

1) Have up and downs in work sometimes work will be heavy and some times more free.
