Pros

It’s a Job that can pay your bills. - $100 bonuses occasionally for working on your off days. - new equipment - friendly drivers - on time payouts - it’s a job!

Cons

1. Forced Dispatch 2. Long hours 3. Little pay 4. No overtime pay 5. Disrespectful dispatch 6. Micro managing 7. You’ll have to pay for any Zipties, seals or anything else you may need. Yes they reimburse you but you must stay on top of that.
