Pros

Great perks/benefits. They make an effort to put their employees first. Great communication and a lot of room for advancement.

Cons

Pay isn't great. $5,000 below national average. Hiring process for all associates (full/part time etc) is lengthy and tedious. Major turnover in all areas.

Busy environment, growing organization in a growing town(Nashville). Good benefits. A nice situation if you like a fast pace.

Cons

Somewhat impersonal and too focused on numbers only. It's the hotel business, but there is a lot of turnover. Compensation not great.
