Pros

Job security, Reputation, Brand recognition, health benefits, relatively consistent income when compared to smaller local businesses. Good opportunities to move anywhere in the world and still be able to find a job within the company.

Cons

Corporate companies tend to get too focused on the overall picture, and can forget the people working at the various levels of the company. This unfortunately tends to be the case with SRG as well.

Great leadership growth opportunities, options for relocation and advancement, and challenging tasks to hone your hospitality skills.

Cons

Relocation is a necessary to advance rapidly, but this is not unusual for a hotel management group.
