Pros

The people at the hotels and at corporate are friendly and helpful. One of the values is to grow employee's and their careers and this actually happens, which is nice to see. There are a lot of hotels in Denver that you can transfer to. The benefits are good, especially the vacation, sick time and holiday pay. Leaders are willing to share their knowledge to help you grow and develop. Work life balance is good.

Cons

Sometimes the directives coming from the corporate office are unclear or not always as practical as they could be. I often find myself relying on my own resources to get information. Training for new associates can be hit or miss - make sure you take an active part in asking for the training you want/need.
