Pros

Active, growing company. Really cares about it's clients and giving back to the community.

Cons

Fairly disorganized for such a large company. Could be a little more focus on taking care of it's employees.

Pros

independent hotels are nice to work in, because the employees really care about them.

Cons

high turnover. Management see's employees as expendible. Then they complain as to why they can't find good ones - after they let the good ones go to go back on a search.

Pros

There is a culture of wanting to get better, even if this desire is not focused.

Cons

The corporate structure leaves the support of the hotels way too lean.
