Pros

Sage is a company that lives it's values in all they do. They challenge everyone to be their best, and they provide opportunities and leadership training that I have not seen at other companies. Innovative management, action oriented, drive for results and managerial courage are competencies that are cornerstones of the company.

Cons

We need more hotes! We need to grow faster.
