      - progressive in its approach - fun work environment - small coMpany yet big - great community reach initiatives

      Cons

      - have no timeline of updating internet, laptop .. we waste a lot of time as our computers are old and it takes 8/9 seconds to just scroll down a page .. -GM/ AGM throw ideas but not seen rolling up sleeve and working with all - too many online trainings ..
