Pros

Great network of people, competitive pay, growth opportunities are excellent, especially in Denver

Cons

My only issues ever were with how the human resources department acted in a few situations that arose in the time I worked there.

Pros

Company has good benefits and with many locations nation wide is great for relocating. Most people are very friendly and opportunity to move up is possible if one is motivated enough

Cons

Low pay and work place discourages co worker socialization aka team building. Back to the low pay everyone seems to look out for number one instead of taking care of the people that do the grunt work so turn over rate is high.

Family like work environment . If you are a full time employee the benifits are great. Plenty of room for advancement.

Cons

Business slows down in the winter. It's hard to qualify to be a full time employee. High turn around.
