One area I believe Sage Hospitality Group can grow is in the geographic distribution of our properties. Currently, there's a noticeable concentration of properties in certain areas of the US, which might limit opportunities for professionals in regions not yet reached by our presence. Expanding our footprint more broadly could not only enhance career opportunities for many but also allow us to make a positive impact in new communities, staying true to our core values of Energizing Hearts, Engaging Minds, and Encouraging Success across a wider canvas.

Good stretch opportunities Some leaders do care

Cons

Tolerant of poor leaders due to thin staffing in hospitality. I am feel fortunate to have begun my career here, but am saddened that the company tolerated abusive senior leaders in the F&B departments.
