Pros

- Sage is a growing company and through that has excellent avenues for career growth in many areas of the industry from Rooms to F&B to A&G. - Sage puts forth a lot of effort in working with its partners to create destinations that are exciting to travel to. When friends or family are in town, I always suggest staying/eating at a Sage run hotel/restaurant. It is nice to have that confidence/pride about the place you work. - The company places a large importance on making sure that the team has the support it needs to achieve a work/life balance. Having two young kids, this is super important!
