Pros

The Sage property I worked at was amazing! There is a clear community and camaraderie among the staff, and I found that my managers went above and beyond to accommodate schedules, time off, and overall work-life balance. I really enjoyed my time here and if I wasn't moving, I would love to continue my employment with them, as there are many opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

One thing that may be improved upon is the timing of the schedule release. Because it only comes out a week in advance, it does make it rather difficult to plan non-work events ahead of time.
