Sage Hospitality is a great place to work. The upper management is deeply caring, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Regular events bring employees from different properties together, creating a tight-knit company culture. Additionally, there are abundant development opportunities, making it an ideal place for professional growth.

Cons

My only suggestion would be that communication channels could be improved to ensure everyone stays informed about company updates.
