      Pros

      we can learn work and they are upgrading on AI side it's very nice and monthly 2 days work from home for ladies on odd days and provide fee reimbursement for any courses

      Cons

      Only have 12 leaves and that too they are adding by monthly and no maternity leaves and only work from home on Wednesday and timings also you need to stay for 9 hours complete if you don't have project calls
