Pros

Nice atmosphere. Learning and personal development customizable. Good Paying. Team leader and managers are reachable and flexible when need anything. We only go 1 day to the office, which is nice to socialize and keep the team closer.

Cons

Didn't do team building activities in 2 years yet.
