Thank you for your review. At Sage people; our colleagues, partners and customers are the heart of all we do. For us a large part of caring for our people is caring for the society they live in and because of this, we have Sage Foundation and we give colleagues 5 days a year to volunteer to causes that they care about most. We have invested in a number of well-being and work/life balance resources including flexible work programs, gratitude journals and healthy mind coaches and have dedicated channels to listening to the concerns of our colleagues.
