There's no accountability or ability at the middle-upper management level. Leadership seem completely oblivious about the real issues and how to solve them. The way to get ahead is just to talk about work that other people have done instead of excelling on actually doing your job

lots of growth and reductions & flip-flopping - this is not somewhere you will be stable once you get into management level (only if you are 'cheap' to keep) personal leader was incredible but exec level had some very controlling tendencies without perspective or connection to the people on the ground levels. 2 lots of redundancies in my team in a year then they hire loads back the next year. seems to be poorly managed.
