Pros

The talkings about the bright ahead. A well know brand that will make your curriculum vitae some kind of special.

Cons

Managers don't care about the employees. You can work as hard as you can and still don't get a salary raise. I've been working hard for more than 2 years, and i didn't get that damn salary raise i deserve!

Pros

Sage offers excellent benefits and vacation. The Sage product portfolio really fits the average mid market company very well and helps them grow.

Cons

The strategic direction changes every 3-5 years with the constant upper management changes. The long term employees have a strong loyalty to the customer base, but management rarely supports the correct efforts. With so much turn over we repeat the same mistakes, often.

More perks than I could dream of!

Pros

Brightpearl is a great company to work for. I've had a few Managers throughout my many roles at Brightpearl; and each one has helped me achieve my potential and have been "open ears" when I've had concerns. However, you need to ensure you're in the right department/team to be heard and feel appreciated as this isn't company-wide. We are offered lots of perks for achieving target and this helps to keep staff motivated to do well.

Cons

There have been a few situations where I haven't felt like I've been listened to. Upon changing role, I was then listened to which makes me believe that some roles/departments are not considered as "important" or valued quite as highly as other departments/teams.
