Pros

Employees really care about customers and want to do right by them. Laid back for the most part Flexible

Cons

For a software company the technology just isn't there. I've never seen a technology company that couldn't get the Web right. They also lay off talented employees when mistakes are made by senior mang and executives.

Pros

Good work life balance. Good products. Some very good people among the rank and file.

Cons

Sr, Leadership lacks direction and skill. Mostly incompetent and inexperienced prior to Sage. Not really a culture to teach management or leadership. People succeed by deflecting blame, not accomplishing goals.

Pros

There is a cadre of stable employees that have created a family like environment. Balancing work and life is a priority among employees

Cons

New management does not want honest input and values a culture of cover your own self versus produce a quality product.
