Pros

Great direct management at ground level.

Cons

Executive leadership team is completely disconnected from employees on the ground. Closing local offices and forcing employees to go back to the office hubs and commute for 2-5 hours a day. Work life balance gone, productivity gone, morale gone!

Good, but not good

Pros

Good salary, good colleagues, good benefits

Cons

As a big company, they do whatever they want without agreement with the employees. The latest, force employees to work 3 days at the office, when most of them are working 2 (2 days were also imposed)

Pros

Money, pension scheme, helpful colleagues

Cons

You become a very small cog in a very big wheel and management decisions are made without thinking how it will affect the morale of the employees

We appreciate your feedback and have read through your comments. Our hybrid working approach is an important element of the way we work at Sage that is complemented by other benefits such as paid time to volunteer, the ability to work away for up to 10 weeks a year and free well-being support tools. We recently also answered several colleagues' questions about the new 3-day policy. In doing so, we've shed more light on how colleagues will be supported as they adhere to our updated hybrid structure.
