Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to know you're not very happy at Sage at the moment and have taken note of your feedback which shall be factored into our continuous improvement plans. We'd been keen to understand more about your flexibility concerns and therefore hope you've made some reference to this in your Pulse survey. Our current model requires colleagues to work 2-3 days a week but additionally, colleagues can work away from their home base for up to 10 weeks a year. We are open to more suggestions around how to make this offering even better suited to our colleagues. Thanks for the advice that you've given us.
