Pros

- Compensation is around industry average. - Leave policy looks good on paper, but it entirely depends on your manager. Some employees are even questioned for taking a single sick day and told they should “discuss it before falling sick.”

Cons

- Promotions are practically nonexistent. - The work culture is becoming increasingly toxic every quarter. - Senior leadership shows minimal respect or consideration for employees in India. There’s clear inequality in how Indian teams are treated compared to those in the Dublin office. - One of the product CTOs behaves like an unquestionable ruler, enforcing decisions based purely on personal whims. - Leadership excels at big speeches but has zero execution strategy. They announce initiatives with no plan, and then dump the burden on lower-level employees without clarity or vision. - The internal employee survey is nothing but a PR tool — issues raised are ignored, and results are spun to look positive.
