Pros

Some hard working individual contributors Small Business leadership is actually driven.

Cons

Never saw a company level product strategy in 4 years, CPO is ex-Microsoft but Sage isn't Microsoft. Zero clue about how OKRs are actually meant to work, absolute botched rollout. The company Values aren't worth the paper they're written on, complete paper tiger. RTO is just a mask for trying to remove long standing senior folk and backfill with enthusiastic but unprepared Grads. CEO should have retired years ago.

Pros

Good people, good benefits, amazing work-life balance, interesting projects, nice office.

Cons

Everything is too slow. Feels like people don't have the right energy to deliver what the management is asking. And top management has no idea what to do with this problem. Bonus is shrinking.
